I’m in the last 4 weeks of my second round of XT. I can tell you this, it doesn’t get much easier, and I think this is because I’ve increased the intensity of my workout.
Explosions are higher, reps are faster and core is tighter than my first go-round.
I’m feeling great as I finish my second round, but I have to say – Tapout XT 2 looks CRAY! (for those that don’t know, that means crazy in my daughter’s speak).
