About Second Starters

Second Starters ™ founder Phillip Macko has successfully reinvented himself professionally across 5 distinctly different industries. He’s trained sales professionals from over a dozen countries and was an invited speaker at the World Congress of Physical Therapy. He’s worked extensively in Finland, Germany, Canada, Brazil, Colombia and (of course) the domestic United States as a trainer, sales executive and consultant.

After publishing his first book, Think Your Age, Don’t Act It, Phillip teamed with world-renowned expedition leader Gary Guller to tell his incredible story in a book they co-authored – Make Others Greater. Gary and Phillip have since teamed together to offer half and full day seminars, workshops and keynote presentations. Learn more at www.makeothersgreater.com.
